I have a Remington Model 600 in.222 caliber and am curious to the possible value. Serial number is 17804. Has markings of 'W M 3', 'U P L' and '58' on the left side. On the right side are markings which look like a 'G' in kind of a triangle and what appears to be 'REP' inside an oval. I'm learning that the dimensions are just far enough off of 7/700 models that they exclude their use, but barrels & general tuning methods are compatible. Timney trigger is quite likely, and I'll have to make a 'game time decision' on the rib/IER scope mounting method. From what I'm learning ballistically, the.300BLK is happy at 9' for subs, and 11'-14' is good for supers. Puts me on an 11'-ish barrel, most likely.
